COBRA Subsidy Provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act

The American Rescue Plan Act, signed into law on March 11, 2021, contains a 100% subsidy for COBRA and State Continuation (mini-COBRA) premiums during the period April 1 - Sept. 30, 2021.
