Chris Campisi has over 30 years of experience working with employers to manage all aspects of their employee benefits. Chris possesses a strong command of industry knowledge and solutions, and excels at cultivating strategic partnerships with clients, vendor partners and associations. As President of the agency, Chris is responsible for the leadership and executive management of Benefit Administrators, including creating and articulating the agency’s vision and culture of integrity.
In 1988, Chris began his career in the insurance industry as a sales representative for Benefit Administrators, the agency his father founded in 1979. Chris was instrumental in expanding the products and services Benefit Administrators offered to include a full suite of employee benefits. This, along with Chris' dedication to ensure Benefit Administrators provides the best customer service possible, has resulted in the agency becoming one of the largest independent agencies in central Ohio.
Throughout the years, Chris has been a keynote speaker on compliance and health care reform, has served on numerous broker councils and has sat on the Broker Advisory Board for United Healthcare and Medical Mutual of Ohio.
With over 19 years of experience in the employee benefits market, Chris Pagnotto offers cutting-edge solutions and multi-year strategies to deliver a benefits program that not only is fiscally responsible, but aligns with his clients’ needs. Critical to this role is plan design optimization, financial efficiency, plan compliance and employee satisfaction.
Chris is a leading consultant on health care reform and has been the keynote speaker on the topic for many associations, including the Ohio Automobile Dealers Association Convention, the Northern Kentucky Dental Association and numerous law and accounting firms in Central Ohio. He previously sat on the Broker Advisory Board for both United Healthcare and Medical Mutual of Ohio.
Prior to joining Benefit Administrators, Chris worked as a sales representative for Central Benefits. His work included developing benefit and funding options for self-funded clients with 50 employees to over 5,000 employees.
Kyle Welty offers over 27 years of experience in employee benefits consulting. He excels in producing results for his clients by providing financially creative solutions, while maintaining or improving the quality of their benefit plans. He is involved in all aspects of negotiations, plan architecture, contribution strategy, carrier selection, employee communication and ongoing support.
Kyle also specializes in Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug plans. Kyle has been the keynote speaker on the topic of Medicare for many associations throughout Ohio.
Prior to joining Benefit Administrators, Kyle was a Regional Sales Manager for Central Benefits and was responsible for opening up new markets in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. He developed fully insured and self-funded options for employers with 50 to 5,000 employees. Kyle was also a partner of a benefits firm in Dublin, Ohio and merged his business with Benefit Administrators in 2012.
